Barbara Heckendorn has a degree in math and computer science, has been a programmer for 30 years with experience in over 30 software languages and types, and has taught computer programming and application courses. She has experience in design work, both print and interactive media, and has designed printed brochures and catalogs as well as web sites. 

Marcia Jahn has 20 years of computer and computer programming experience. She currently works with over 25 software programs, including a variety of accounting, database, spreadsheet, inventory, word processing, graphic and web programming software on both Windows and Apple computers. Graphic design experience includes both the print and computer medium.
